Use My Purchases to review orders, tickets, subscriptions, and recurring payments linked to your account.

What Appears Here

Purchase cards can show different types of activity, including:

Subscription Payments (e.g. Membership, Events, Ticket Draws) showing installment plan payment details and the ability to cancel the payment or change card details on the payment.
Lotto Tickets showing lotto lines and the payment details (auto-renewing or one off payment).
Event Ticket with order number, payment date, status, and event details.

Subscription payments are made through a payment plan, either recurring until cancelled or spread across a set number of installments.

If a subscription is cancelled then it will appear as below :

Depending on the purchase type, members may be able to:

View QR codes for event entry or proof of purchase.
Review lotto numbers attached to an active lotto subscription.
Select Cancel Subscription to stop future recurring payments.
Select Change Card Details to update the payment card used for future subscription payments.

Note

Completed one-off purchases remain visible for reference, while recurring items clearly show whether they are ongoing or cancelled.
