🏟️ Facility Booker Dashboard ​

The Facility Booker Dashboard is the central hub for managing your club’s booking resources on Klubfunder.

After logging in as a Club Admin, click Facility Booker – Manage from the Admin Dashboard to access this screen. From here, you can set up facilities, manage availability, view bookings, and track orders for reserved time slots — all in one place.

📌 Note: Facility Booker is ideal for managing pitches, halls, meeting rooms, courts, and other bookable club resources.

📂 Facility Booker Sidebar Overview ​

The Facility Booker Dashboard sidebar is organised into 8 key sections, giving you quick and easy access to all booking and facility management tools.

⚡ Set Up (Quick Menu) ​

A quick-access menu designed to help admins get started with facility setup.

From here, you can:

  • Create new facilities
  • Configure booking rules
  • Define availability and time slots

🟢 Active Facilities ​

Displays all active facilities available for booking.

From this section, admins can:

  • View bookings and orders
  • Make internal bookings
  • Manage availability and spaces

🗄️ Archived Facilities ​

View facilities that are no longer active and have been archived.

Archived facilities are not bookable but remain available for reference.

💳 Reservation Payments ​

Track payments for reserved facilities and time slots.

This area allows admins to:

  • View unpaid reservations
  • Send payment reminders
  • Monitor payment status

↩️ Refunds ​

View all refunded facility bookings, including:

  • Refund amounts
  • Booking details
  • Refund status

🗓️ Facility Bookings ​

Provides an overview of all bookings, including:

  • Internal bookings
  • External customer bookings
  • Booking dates, times, and allocated slots

This is the main calendar-style overview for facility usage.

📊 Payment Reports ​

Access financial reporting related to facility bookings, including:

  • Service Sales Breakdown
  • Custom reports created for your club

👥 User Manager ​

Manage user roles for Internal Bookers, such as coaches or staff members.

This ensures authorised users can:

  • Book facilities internally
  • Manage bookings where permitted
