When creating a membership product the admin has the ability to set an expiry date for this product.
The expiry date means, after the selected date members will not be able to purchase this product.
Membership expiry dates are set, to make sure all members are registered in time for the new season.
An admin may decide to edit the expiry date to extend or decrease the amount of time the product is available for.
Follow these simple steps to learn how to edit the expiry date on membership products
STEP 1: Firstly log into your Klubfunder account and scroll down to 'Club Membership' and click this button
STEP 2: Once you have clicked into the 'Club Membership' area you will see this screen.
The next step is to click into 'Manage Membership Options'
STEP 3: Once you have clicked into the 'Manage Membership Options', you will see the list of all of your membership products.
Click the 'Edit' button the membership you wish to edit the expiry date for.
STEP 4: Once you have clicked 'Edit' you will see the details of your membership product.
To edit the expiry date of your membership click into the 'Closing online sales date and time' box.
STEP 5: Once you have clicked into the 'Closing online sales date and time' area, you can simply edit the expiry date by deleting the numbers currently in the box, and replace them with the new date you have decided.
To edit the time simply click into the boxes highlighted in the image, and change the time to the time you wish to allocate to this product.
STEP 6: Finally, to save the changes made to your membership click the 'Save Changes' button.
This will replace the previous expiry date, with the new selected date.
