By default the first time a user downloads and logs into the KlubApp their role will be defaulted to 'Guest'
The user can update their role to any of the prepopulated 'roles' below or to a role that the club has uniquely created. The roles below marked (*) will require approval from the club. So if a user changes their role from 'guest' to 'Playing Member' the club will have to approve their request.

To approve a users role you can do this via the KlubApp or www.klubfunder.com
Via the KlubApp
Login to the KlubApp with your club adminstrator login details
Click on the 'Adminstration' menu
You will see 'Notification settings' - click on 'Approve User Profile Request'
Any users that require approval will appear here.
It will tell you the Profile that they have selected
See 'Profile required'
You simply need to click on 'Decline' or 'Approve' next to the user.
If you click on 'Approve' the users role will be updated from 'guest' to 'the role selected'
If you click on 'Decline' the users role will remain as it was.

Go to www.klubfunder.com
Log in with your club adminstrator login details
Click on 'Club Mobile Notifications'
Now click on the 'Notification Settings' tab followed by 'Approve user profile requests'
You simply need to click on 'Decline' or 'Approve' next to the user.
If you click on 'Approve' the users role will be updated from 'guest' to 'the role selected'
If you click on 'Decline' the users role will remain as it was.
