The club can cancel Stripe subscriptions payments for their members by logging into the clubs Stripe account.
When you login to your clubs Stripe account, you should see a menu called ‘Subscriptions’ which you will find under the ‘Billing’ menu.
Next to each members name there is 3 dots (highlighted below). If you click on this option you will see ‘Cancel Subscription’ appear. This will be defaulted to ‘immediately’. Proceed by clicking on ‘Cancel Subscription’
Click on 'Cancel subscription' to proceed.
The other option is to get the member to cancel their own subscription via their 'My Account' area within Klubfunder.
