Yes, once a user signs up to a recurring subscription they will have the option of cancelling this via their ‘My Account’ area. They simply login to their account and click on the ‘Subscriptions’ option. They have the option of ‘removing’ or ‘updating’ the subscription.

Stripe subscriptions are done via a card payment, so if a person’s card expires during the subscription the user will be required to update their card details using their ‘My Account’ area otherwise the payments will be unsuccessful.  Notifications of failed payments are sent to the person by email and the club administrator is copied into these. As part of our silver and gold partner plans clubs can also enjoy advanced reporting on late or failed payments.
