It is mainly down to the information you want to capture from the person making the sale. If you only require their contact name, contact number and email address then ticket sales will be adequate. In the ticket sales section, we do allow clubs on our silver partner plan to create one unique question in addition to the standard template provided. However, if your event is a summer camp or road race where you will require additional details like emergency contact details, name of parents, medical details, then event registration will be more suited to your needs as it collects more information from the user.
