Firstly your club needs to be registered with Klubfunder. Your club will also need approval from your local authority to run a small society lottery.


Once your club is registered we will need you to provide us with the following information.  The information can be sent to us via Email: hello@klubfunder.com


- Start and End number for your lotto i.e. 1 - 32

- How many numbers a player needs to select i.e. 4 numbers

- Start Date (next lotto date)

- Time the draw takes place i.e. 21:00

- Cut of time for the sale of online tickets (we recommend one hour before the lotto draw)

- Jackpot amount i.e. £7000/€7000

- Cost to enter lotto i.e £1 or €2


We will also need to know how your club plans to collect online payments for your lotto sales.  Does the club already have a Payment Provider setup?  We currently support Stripe, PayPal and Cashflows. 


Cashflows is an approved provider for gaming payments. In order to collect online payments for your lotto we recommend that clubs use Cashflow as some payment providers have restrictions on what their services can be used to collect payments for. For instance competitions or activities that involve an entry fee and cash prize may in some cases require approval from your provider. However this is entirely a choice for your club to make.
